Indian Navy INCET-01/2025 Answer Key Challenge Portal Open
Indian Navy opens INCET-01/2025 challenge portal for answer key objections. Candidates can review questions and submit challenges online before June 11, 2026.
The Indian Navy has officially enabled the Challenge Mechanism Portal for candidates who appeared in the INCET-01/2025 recruitment examination conducted for various civilian posts under the Ministry of Defence. This facility allows applicants to review the provisional evaluation and raise objections related to the answer key and question paper.
Portal Activation and Purpose
The online objection window has been made active from May 29, 2026, on the official recruitment platform of the Indian Navy. Through this system, candidates can access important examination materials such as the master question paper, provisional answer key, and details of any questions that have been marked for cancellation or removal.
The initiative has been introduced to ensure transparency in the recruitment process and to give candidates a fair opportunity to contest any discrepancies found in the provisional responses released by the examination authority.
Candidates can access the challenge facility by visiting the official Indian Navy recruitment portal and navigating to the Civilian Recruitment section under the “Join Navy” tab.
Examination Background
The INCET-01/2025 recruitment process includes multiple examination sessions conducted between:
- August 31 to September 3, 2025 (including re-examination rounds)
- February 2, 2026 (additional examination cycle)
All candidates who participated in these phases are eligible to use the objection facility within the stipulated timeline.
How Candidates Can Raise Objections
Candidates who find discrepancies in the answer key or question paper can submit objections only through the online challenge system. The process involves selecting the specific question, providing justification, and submitting the objection through the portal.
Offline submissions such as emails, handwritten letters, or physical applications will not be accepted under any circumstances after the deadline.
The final date to submit challenges is June 11, 2026, up to 11:59 PM, after which the portal will be closed.
Fee Structure for Challenges
To submit an objection, candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹100 per question, along with applicable bank transaction charges. However, if the objection is reviewed and accepted by the expert panel, the fee for that specific question will be refunded after deducting bank charges.
No payment is required for questions that have already been marked as cancelled or deleted in the provisional key.
Review and Evaluation Process
All submitted objections will be examined by a dedicated panel of subject matter experts appointed by the recruitment authority. Based on their review:
- The answer key may be corrected or updated if the challenge is found valid
- The final result will be prepared using the revised answer key, if changes are made
The recruitment authority has clarified that the evaluation process will be final after expert review, and no further appeals or requests will be entertained.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The Indian Navy has advised candidates to carefully read all instructions provided on the portal before submitting objections. Each challenge must be supported with proper justification, as incomplete or invalid submissions may be rejected.
Additionally, no separate communication will be sent regarding acceptance or rejection of individual objections. Candidates must regularly check the official portal for updates on the recruitment process, answer key revisions, and result announcements.
For official updates and access to the challenge portal, candidates should visit the Indian Navy recruitment website:
