Bihar’s Development Backed by the Centre
In his address, CM Chaudhary emphasised that Bihar has consistently received strong support from the Central Government, which has significantly contributed to the state’s development journey.
He stated that Bihar is now among the leading states in terms of infrastructure growth, with electricity reaching every village and rural road connectivity improving rapidly. He also highlighted the construction of seven major bridges over the Ganga River, with seven more currently under development.
Major connectivity projects across rivers such as the Kosi, Gandak, Son, Bagmati, and Falgu were also mentioned. Key infrastructure developments like the Auntha-Simaria Ganga Bridge and the Patna-Ara-Sasaram four-lane corridor have further strengthened North–South Bihar connectivity.
Expansion in Air Connectivity and Infrastructure
The Chief Minister also spoke about the rapid expansion of air connectivity in Bihar. Airports and aviation infrastructure projects are progressing in cities such as Patna, Darbhanga, Purnia, Saharsa, Birpur, Muzaffarpur, Raxaul, and Valmikinagar.

Major Push for Industrial Development
Highlighting industrial reforms, CM Chaudhary stated that Bihar has taken historic steps to attract investment. Earlier, setting up an industry required 33–34 approvals, but now the process is being streamlined with a 30-day clearance system.
He assured that investors will receive approvals within the fixed timeline, making Bihar more business-friendly and encouraging economic growth.
Progress in Education and Healthcare
