But because of this the health gets disturbed. Health is more important than Enjoyment . So here are some tips to follow to stay healthy in Rainy Season. Stay Hydrated: Although there is cool weather, but Drink Plenty of water to stay hydrated. Also drink Fruit juices and soups to stay healthy and hydrated.

Eat Fresh and clean Food: As it is cool weather, we all like to eat Street food. But try to avoid eating Street food on that time. As it may be gives stomach diseases. Always eat freshly cooked meals. Eat homemade foods.

Boost Immunity: Boost your immunity by eating citrus fruits, vitamin – rich foods and green leafy vegetables. Take fruit juices. This will boost your immunity levels.

Maintain Hygienic: Wash your hands before eating. Always keep surroundings neat and clean. Don’t store water in tubs. It forms mosquitoes and other diseases.
