GTA 6 Fans Target Rockstar With Bad Reviews Over Trailer Delay
Frustrated GTA 6 fans are flooding Rockstar North with bad Google reviews as the wait for a new trailer continues ahead of the game’s November release.
It’s been over a year since the last trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, and fans are clearly running out of patience. Frustrated players have now started flooding Rockstar Games and Rockstar North’s Google Maps page with negative reviews, demanding fresh updates on the highly anticipated game.
Many users are reportedly leaving one-star ratings for Rockstar North’s office in Scotland, criticizing the long silence surrounding GTA 6. Since Google Maps allows public reviews without physically visiting the location, fans have turned the platform into a space to vent their disappointment.
The excitement and speculation around GTA 6 continue to grow across social media. On Reddit, some fans have even tried decoding clues to predict the next trailer release. One viral theory involved tracking customer activity at a café near Rockstar’s office, with users believing increased foot traffic could hint at upcoming promotional activity. However, the theory hasn’t produced any results so far.
Attention has now shifted to Take-Two Interactive and its upcoming investor briefing scheduled for May 21. Fans believe the event could finally bring a new GTA 6 trailer or additional announcements, especially since the game’s release is reportedly less than six months away.
Despite the lack of updates, GTA 6 is already shaping up to be one of the biggest and most expensive games ever developed. Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently mentioned that artificial intelligence could help reduce development costs for massive future projects like GTA 6.
Grand Theft Auto VI is currently scheduled to launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S.
