Ingredients

1 cup ragi (finger millet) flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup jaggery powder or coconut sugar

⅓ cup olive oil or melted ghee

2–3 tablespoons milk (as needed)

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation Method
Step 1: Prepare the dry mix

In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

Whisk well so everything blends evenly.
Step 2: Prepare the wet mix

In another bowl, whisk together jaggery powder and olive oil (or ghee) until smooth.

Step 3: Make the dough

Step 4: Shape the cookies
